August 11, 2023The apartment is more secure with a gate now. The owners are open to hearing complaints to make improvements. However, some things are out of their control, and they need to come up with solutions with the tenants cooperation.Review from Apartments.com
RUN!SAVE YOUR MONEY
November 16, 2020Been living here 20 years. Manager doesnt do his job. Owner and manager do not care for their tenants one bit, im sorry:(. Infested by bed bugs over 6 years and by disgustingly cocroaches over 20 years since we got here. Not once did they EVER cover up and fumigate the apt. IKR! Every month now they cut the hot water off or water in general completely. Its been an ENTIRE WEEK WITHOUT HOT WATER. They get used stoves and used fridges and its probably been replaced like 10 times now. 2 apts door ...frames broken and hasnt been fixed for half a year now. 1 apt is burned down and hasnt been fixed by live next to it.:)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible Apartments
July 22, 2019Cant wait to move out. Manager doesnt do his job. More than multiple apartments have bed bugs(manager tried to tell the owner it was our fault) but neighbors have confirmed they have had them longer than we had. Months before us. Im paying rent but cant sleep in my own house and had to throw away all our furniture. All the money ive spent for living here has made me so frustrated. You can find mattresses out out by the garbage almost weeklyReview from Apartments.com
