Affordable (But not professional)
July 20, 2015The rent is low. Tensions are high. So is the apartment manager. If you need something done, expect them to handle it at their ultimate leisure. If they need something done (like checking carbon monoxide alarm systems AND maitenancing the water heater at the same time) expect them to give no notice, and not leave until after you've allowed them in regardless. Expect to not have your rent checks cashed immediately. The summers get extremely hot, and the units have no AC. The apartment manager ...(not the owner) is incapable of listening, forgets everything constantly, and pretends to understand things she doesn't bother to pay attention to, on top of being obnoxious. Longview is a polluted city with multiple industrial facilities, and an addicted population. The bright sides? It's right next to Wal-Mart and McDonalds, so you won't have to get out of your pajamas to go shopping (just like everyone else).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
