Renters Reviews and Ratings
Save yourself the trouble, this place isn’t worth it.
July 20, 2024If you like doors that don’t lock or latch (including your front door), drafty windows that aren’t sealed properly, leaks causing water damage, A/C that goes out constantly, elevators that only work a few days out of the week, “gated” parking that isn’t gated or secure, key FOB access that doesn’t work, a 24/7 maintenance phone number that goes straight to voicemail, and a property manager who could not care less, this place is for you. The wine cellar, coffee shop, and brewery don’t make up for ...the insane price of rent they charge, not even close. I could write a novel about the issues I’ve had, and the complete lack of care exercised by the management staff here. If I wasn’t on the hook for a year lease, and could afford to move, I would have left long ago. Save yourself the money and the trouble, this place isn’t even close to worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
