This place is the worst place to live. The maintenance requests are never answered, your packages are up for grabs in the mail room or left outside the building because there's nobody that works on weekends. The mail is delivered and put on the floor or on a shelf not in your mailbox. There is also no security and the homeless lurk outside and graffiti the exterior of the building. The gates you need to go through to get in are often broken and unlocked, the elevator doesn't need a fob to go up, ...

and the staircases are open if you can get through one of the gates. The workers don't really help when there's an issue they just direct you to contact greystar but then nobody ever responds.
