lovely but noisy
December 28, 2025I love the complex as a whole & living here. Great staff & maintenance. However if you live on the Publix side of the complex, you will face a lot of noise. The Publix parking lot is noisy in itself, they pressure wash the parking lot in the middle of the night, leaf blow at 10pm on Christmas, garbage trucks beep SO loudly at 5am during the week. There’s a lot of things that make this apartment noisy that aren’t necessarily the complex fault. If you live here, I would encourage trying to not live ...on the Publix facing side of the complex. Otherwise, it is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Never move here
June 5, 2024You can hear everything above and below. The fire alarm goes off multiple times a week. None of the appliances work. There are cheaper options down the road without the same issues.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022The increase although understood was a huge jump and given the location and what is offered, not worth the increase. I stayed for two years and the property was not willing to work with me. I also decided to relocate back to Fort Lauderdale. Orlando/Maitland should not be charging S.FL rent prices.Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2022Overall the apartments are beautiful and the staff are friendly. Maintenance is very good at fixing things and are friendly. The pool is great in the summer and the gym is decent. It would be nice if they provided matts in the gym for the yoga room. Moving is is really difficult with all the doors so if they could figure out a way to help residents make that easier it would be great.Review from Apartments.com

Great place!
May 31, 2022We moved in recently and have quickly fallen in love with this place. It is quiet and peaceful but also comes with some restaurants and things to do close by so you'll never get bored. Staff are always friendly and neighbors appear to be considerate, so it's a nice change from previous apartment living.Review from Apartments.com
