June 5, 2024You can hear everything above and below. The fire alarm goes off multiple times a week. None of the appliances work. There are cheaper options down the road without the same issues.Property Manager Responded

I stayed for two years and the property was not willing to work with me. I also decided to relocate back to Fort Lauderdale. June 15, 2022Overall the apartments are beautiful and the staff are friendly. Maintenance is very good at fixing things and are friendly. The pool is great in the summer and the gym is decent. It would be nice if they provided matts in the gym for the yoga room. May 31, 2022We moved in recently and have quickly fallen in love with this place. It is quiet and peaceful but also comes with some restaurants and things to do close by so you'll never get bored. Staff are always friendly and neighbors appear to be considerate, so it's a nice change from previous apartment living.Review from Apartments.com
