  • Avoid at all costs!

    January 17, 2024
    Do not rent here. The landlord is negligent to responding to tenants. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. They have also recently covered an area of the parking lot that makes ice visibility nearly impossible to see while standing above it, so good luck with sliding across the parking lot. Additionally, they claim that they take pride in communication, but take days to respond to emails and deflect all issues.

    Maegan and Brittany were great and made my move from Florida to Michigan seamless. They accommodated getting my shipper furniture items inside my apartment before I physically moved in and were responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The apartment complex is new and well built, and the amenities are very convenient.
