There is also a central a/c unit to cool and heat the home. There are three bedrooms which are good sized spaces, as space has been maximized in this home's architecture. The primary bedroom has an exit door to the patio and an en suite bathroom with a newly installed bathtub. The second bathroom is between the other bedrooms and also has a shower.
