When I moved in, I was not the biggest fan of the staff in the office but I love the new ladies! I frequent the provided amenities often and there is usually not too many people in one place. Which I like! I have enjoyed living here but wish the grills were open for the remaining of summer.

4000 Margaret apartments are newly built which means they have the modern touch that helps you feel at ease, in terms of the technology and appliances included. The amenities like the pool, the pool table, the lounge area/clubhouse, the yoga space, the gym… all these amenities are exceptional and new. The dwelling is so close to all the necessary places in the area. Good spot!

Love my apartment. Truly did not appreciate the location until I had lived here a while. I was only looking at first floor apartments given my age, and this was the first one I was shown. I now appreciate that it is near the mailboxes, near the grills, near the pool and as well as the clubhouse. Next move will be the nursing home.

It is a beautiful community just their dog poop every where no one is cleaning up after their dogs anymore. I clean up mine everytime and I walk outside my home and it’s in my front yard or even right beside my truck in my garage. I look at the cameras and walk people have dogs no leash and popping everywhere.

The pool is broken. The water doesn’t work at the dog park and there’s trash throughout the community. Things have really gone downhill the past six months.
