Remodeling and building is noisy.

They are building buildings next door at 6 am. Great place but til they finish expect little to no sleep. Also no coin machine for washer and dryer machine so its $4 USD to make one load of clothes. Expect to walk to the bank three blocks up or five blocks down the street. They do have issues with mostly noise and i wish theu solve that somehow because its not going to work. P.S we just moved

I moved into the Flats Phase I in December. Everything in my apartment is brand new! I'm the first person to live her. The manager at the time Dana was rude but the new manager Alana is very nice. I love it here!!

We live in a very quiet tree lined street neighborhood where the historic apartments are very reasonable but are about to be torn down to remodel them! We need a place to live very soon!!! We have a 5 bedroom apartment for only $750!! We'll never find that again! so winning free rent would be a tremendous help. The Flats is one of the nicest places to live in Wilmington, who could beat this way of living. We will truly miss it.
