Absolutely Amazing
June 12, 2021The apartment was huge, and the maintenance and management team are top notch. I lived there for years, and during that time I barely had to reach out to maintenance but when I did they responded insanely fast and they were extremely polite. I also transferred from one apartment to another, and Kate, the leasing manager, made the process a breeze. I never felt worried about reaching out to maintenance or management, and would occasionally even stop and say hello to them. There was a time I was ...shoveling some snow in front of the garage, and one of the maintenance guys grabbed a shovel and helped without me ever asking. They are really great. Beautiful townhome
October 22, 2019I was a tenant for 3 years. I lived in the apartment buildings and townhome. My townhome was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful and I was proud to show off my home to friends/family. Maintenance was very timely and whenever I had any issues Kate would take address them in a timely fashion. Renn Hart Hills Apartments are awesome!
August 19, 2019Loved the very nice kitchen and glass top stove. A huge bonus was having the washer/dryer unit in the apartment! The bedroom was over sized and roomy. There are 2 huge closets, one nice closet with shelves, a lovely bath counter with plenty of storage and lovely blonde oak wood cabinets in the kitchen. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Location is perfect... close ro Walmart, Woodmans, Meijer, State Street and Rt 173 where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet in the ...apartment. The floors were beautiful tile and wood.The head maintenance man is kind, thoughtful, professional, hard working, prompt and lives on site! Kate, the manager is kind, always on top of things, professional and helpful!!! I highly reccomend the Renn Hart Hills apartments. March 9, 2016I have lived at Rennhart Hills for 3 years. NEVER a problem and NEVER any police issues. The owner and maintenance staff are very professional and are on top of things! There is many many amenities here. Washer/Dryer in your unit, assigned parking, garages, 24hr video monitering on parking lots and hallways,water softener, (some have wood burning fireplaces and finished basements) etc.... Great price for location and square footage and things listed above. Worry free.... Grass, weeds, fertilizing ...,salting of walks and parking lots, plowing are all taken care of. Great community, friendly neighbors. (Many of whom that I met have been here 10 plus years) That says alot. Please consider this property as your home.
