Manager is rude

I’ve tried calling to see the availability and the manager said yes come by and look for the apartment after the day he told me that I have to go see the apartment he never answered my calls or called me back. I’ve tried calling and nothing it said that the number wasn’t available and never answered. Don’t waste your time calling to these building the people running it there is rude
