Management doesn’t care
May 13, 2022I’ve only lived here a month and a half and can already say I’ll be moving next year. I have had maintenance issues since the moment I moved in that have yet to be addressed- something wrong with every source of water I have in my apartment (loose fixtures, no control over shower temp that runs so hot it causes pain). Also, when they say WiFi is included, that’s a lie. The most recent excuse I was given is that WiFi is a courtesy the building provides and not included in rent. So I guess they ...don’t intend to actually provide the internet they promise. I don’t recommend this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Awful management
October 7, 2020Nice units, horrible management. Poor upkeep of property and needs extensive repairs. Landlord is unresponsive to maintence requests, noise issues, and does not provide listed amenities. (Ex: elevator doesn't work, call box doesn't work, internet rarely works, laundry room frequently out of order). Location is great but would not recommend this building due to the poor management.Review from Apartments.com
