Disgusted
January 11, 2019The manager at the Capri is supposedly very lazy. I heard a couple of apartments need fixing, I seen trash scattered on the main floor, always trash outside, and not to mention the very gross urine smell in the lobby and elevator it is disgusting and I shouldn’t have to deal with it when I go visit my friends. I could only imagine how the tentants feel. I don’t live at the capri but a couple of my friends do and I haven’t heard good things. I wish i could help my friends but that is the managers ...job and apparently he/she refuses or ignores to tend to tenants and the apartment needs/fixes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very Happy
September 20, 2017I moved here the end of June 2017 and love it. The owner and property manager are fixing all the apartments when they turn over. They are clean bright welcoming. I really like the other members of this building and find most of them to be kind and care about where they live. I have a small Westie and she is happy here too she loves other dogs. I plan on living here for many years to come. The owner and manager here really care and it shows highly recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com
