Property photos are dated. NO POOL-NO DOG PARK. Pool been out for few years as the property changed ownership and no one wants to fix the pool or pay the insurance to keep it open during the summer. Dog Park- Fence is gone. Kids have pretty much taken it down by hanging on it and climbing. So much of having a good things around here. Kids here are just horrible. I mean HORRIBLE!!! Not a single parent here knows where their kids are, much less care what they do. Everything is broken due to the ...

kids. So your rent is just for the apt, not for the amenities that are shown in the pictures. APTs are little dated with upgrades, just average. Nothing stands out.

I've just moved in to The Life at Elmwood Grove few months ago and during these times I've noticed that the people here are friendly and are always there to help you with warm and welcoming smiles! I've been to the office now and then not just to pay my rent but to report some minor problems in my unit which they always fix on time! The management at The Life at Elmwood Grove are the best!

The rate and deposits are good deals, but the buildings and the amenities don't look like they've been taken care of or are up to date. The photos online of the grounds are totally false.

Kids run around crazy at all hours, dogs off the leash, no one picks up their dogs poop. Hope you dont enjoy a good nights sleep because the dogs run free at night barking. The office doesn't care, staff is unprofessional. Waiting on stuff to get fixed for 9 months. They just put it as "resolved" and never fixed it.
