March 20, 2025Only reason I gave 2 stars is the location, and to be honest not sure it deserves 2 stars. Buildings are so old and not maintained, and the property is even worse. Always trash throughout the grounds. Overgrown grass/weeds No one who has lived here will give 5 stars, those reviews are so fake it's comical! Renters BEWARE !
January 23, 2025I've lived here for 1yr, and that year wasn't peaches and cream. My 2nd month my kitchen sink clogged up, bathroom toilet clogged up and it took them almost 3wks to fix the issue. When I toured the apartments, I was told that it’s a quiet neighborhood and parking is always available, that was a lie. The neighborhood is quite which I do enjoy, but when it comes to parking its first come first serve. There have been nights that I get home 8pm from work and instead of parking in front of my building ...I have to park 2-4 buildings down. I'm already tired from work and now I had to walk a mile just to get home makes no sense. My washing machine isn't working, I put in a work order for that tomorrow will be a month since I put that work order in and no one has yet come to replace my washing machine or try to fix it. I've called, I've went to the office to speak to someone and all they tell me is staffing is short, and they will get to me next week. Well, it’s been almost four next weeks and still nothing. I honestly can’t wait till my lease is up I will DEFINITELY be moving.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Management
January 17, 2025Don't waste your time. I am a current resident and they charge ridiculous pricing for a below average apartment. We moved in and our bedroom was flooded, they told us that the carpet was new and tried to not even replace it which we had to fight for new carpet. The communication between all the staff is extremely unprofessional. They charge random fees when they state you qualify for a free month. For how much rent is for a 1 bedroom apartment, does not live up the expectations at all.Property Manager Responded

Not worth it, do not move here!
January 4, 2024If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Common areas are dirty and rundown. You will find trash and debris throughout the community that has been left there for weeks, along with used needles. We have found food and trash in the pools. If you put in a work order it will take at least 2 months for it to be addressed. The property is constantly understaffed. Anyone you speak to cannot wait to move out. There have even been residents that break ...their lease because conditions were so poor. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. You will not get what you’re paying for. absolutely Disgusting

Horrible horrible horrible
February 7, 2023All good reviews are left by staff members and tenants trying to get discounts. This place has motivated me to buy a house more than anything else ever has. This place is disgusting. Unbelievable amounts of hidden fees. Trash piles up while you pay $62 a month for trash removal. Our garbage disposal hasn’t worked in months but the day the rent is late you have a notice on your door before lunch. They kept my security deposit
January 18, 2023I lived in this complex for 5 years. I recently moved and they refused to return my security deposit. This place has many issues. Including roaches, rats and garbage problems. April 15, 2022Stay away ! Every bad review is true. You pay a high price for absolutely nothing . Trash hall over . Holes in exterior roof . Took months for my AC to be addressed and it was made out like I was annoying them. 9 months in still gets hot in the middle of the night (no sheets still sweating kind of hot) they doooo nothingggggg! They give you attitude at the office. Fees and charges applied with no consistency. The list goes on and on . Can’t wait too see what they pull when I move out .Review from Apartments.com
Worst place to live.
September 15, 2021These apartments are absolutely terrible. They are roach infested and don’t do anything about it. Also, my air stopped working for a month, and they didn’t do anything about it until I threatened not to pay my rent. The vent in my bathroom constantly leaks water and the maintenance guys just look at and blame the people above us. Do not waste your time or money on these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
