September 3, 2015Close walk to school and bar, heat is included which is great and rent is cheap for what you get. No AC so it is hot in the summer months, but landlord is accomodating in the winter to do whatever it takes to make the apartment stay warm enough. Complaints or issues are resolved quickly.
