Maintenance service is horrible!!
Tried multiple times to get in contact after being here a YEAR through the number and email they have provided and have yet to get someone to come in. You will pay for pest control when they have never sent someone since opening last year. I cant even get in contact with anyone about my contract in the unit im in currently. Heard neighbors have had mold problems but have yet to have been addressed. Please if you want a management that listens or will hear you do ...

WORST APARTMENTS EVER

This has been one of the worst complexes I have lived in. I wouldn’t even consider this a apartment complex it’s more like a motel there’s people coming in and out of here because they’re renting out all of the rooms that are vacant. Our water has been cut off twice already because of them not paying the water bill because it’s included in our rent and we pay our rent on time.
There are spiders everywhere and I’ve already requested for them to get somebody out here to spray. I don’t even think ...
they got back to me for that and we pay for pest control every month extra. They are completely overpriced and not worth it at all. And to top everything off our key did not match the bottom lock on the door so we got locked out of our apartment. I called the lady in charge of the apartment and she said she was going to take 30 minutes to get there. I called an hour later asking if she was close by she stated no she was 30 more minutes away because she was coming from Baytown. Not only did I have to pay for a locksmith and get somebody to replace the knob on the door she wants to charge an extra $30 to get the key fitted after it was not even our fault that the key didn’t fit in the door to begin with.
