May 3, 2025The entrance to the building smells of urine, when entering you must navigate streams of dog urine. The rear entrance on most days has the stench of weed smoke. The main entrance door has a defect and often is left ajar, so any person off the street could potentially gain entry. The roof top door was out of service for far too long. It is understandable that things will break but they should be repaired expeditiously. The pool was advertised as being three seasons but has yet to open. So far ...this has been a disappointing experience.Property Manager Responded
