From my first meeting with Melanie, I knew this was my new home. Every person I’ve meet and now call neighbor has been lovely. The gym is always clean and the equipment is spotless. The yoga room is perfect as well as the tempura of the pool. I’m so happy here!

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I do wish there was a welcome packet with all information about the pool, shared spaces and the butterfly app but I asked around and got the information. Overall love the building and how it’s always spotless!

We love living at 42 broad! Great amenities, pleasant staff and fun events, highly recommend. We have been here for 14 months and would definitely renew if we weren’t moving.

The entrance to the building smells of urine, when entering you must navigate streams of dog urine. The rear entrance on most days has the stench of weed smoke. The main entrance door has a defect and often is left ajar, so any person off the street could potentially gain entry. The roof top door was out of service for far too long. It is understandable that things will break but they should be repaired expeditiously. The pool was advertised as being three seasons but has yet to open. So far ...
this has been a disappointing experience.
