42 West Apartments is a great place to live especially if you have children. The bedrooms are an adequate size and the layout of the apartment is very easy to maneuver. The property grounds are kept up to maintenance regularly. Also an onsight laundry room is convenient. There is an elementary school within walking distance amongst other small quaint establishments for your entertainment and enjoyment. Unfortunately there is a small increase in rent every year. A little hidden gem

The 42 West Apartments are a small 32 apartment complex squeezed between a larger complex and a small church in the beautiful town of Merchantville NJ. The apartments are owned and managed by the Friedman reality group who also own quite a few other complexes around the area. The 42 West Apartments have one and two bedroom apartments with private entrances. The two bedroom apartments have a sliding glass door that leads to a small patio. and carpeting throughout. I have lived here for years and never once had a issues with bugs or vermin, the managers spray once a month. There are multiple laundry rooms in this small complex which are clean and always functional. These apartments don't have the amenities that many larger complexes have like pools and workout rooms but what it does have it a nice, safe, clean exterior and one of the cutest walkable small towns you will ever see. My son and I have been very happy here, when we have had a maintained issue they promptly made the repair.
