Loud noise double standard!!!
September 17, 2025While the neighbor blasts his vulgar rap music 24/7, I would get complaints on my door for playing video games! They would put noise ordinance paperwork on the door like a bad habit and make the tenant feel like he/she is becoming a disturbance. THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM HERE WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2024What a Perfect location! 4200 paradise apartments are 10 minutes from the airport or less, A two minute drive to Las Vegas Blvd. and a wonderful 15 minute walk if you prefer. there are several yummy restaurants all around the apartment vicinity. Also, if you just want to chill at home, you have an outside balcony for sunbathing and beautiful grounds with two pools in this gated apartment complex. I would encourage anyone who wants peace and quiet or a hoop and hollering nightlife to consider ...living at 4200 Paradise.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2024Living in 4200 is literally PARADISE. love everything about it. People in the office are a whole 10. Friendly, efficient, simply the best. The only issue that you're gonna face YOUR WHOLE LEASE TERM is the horrible/dirty/old laundry machines that don't work and just take your money. After complaining for a whole year, they finally replaced the little box to recharge your card and turns out that now you're paying $10 USD FOR A SINGLE CARD, instead of the original $5. THAT'S THE ONLY THING THEY ...CHANGED. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED, BUT IT'S WHAT YOU GET. If you wish to have better laundry rooms, GET ANOTHER LEASE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, NOT HERE. Thank you, guys.
