    Communal spaces not very clean but love my unit and the location. Perfect walk to downtown and South Congress. The parking situation is also seamless.

    It’s been a fun experience overall living here. The location is right as is the rent. As with all properties some improvements are needed but management has been addressing them as best they can.

    The building has gotten better recently, but there was an absurdly long period of time where the elevators weren't working, doors in and out of the building weren't working, and management made no efforts to fix these issues until a year of complaints. The upkeep has improved and hopefully that remains the norm, but I can't recommend this building to other people based on what's happened in the past.

    My experience so far has been great! The ladies in the office are always nice and friendly, and the maintenance team is fast and on point whenever something comes up. The location is also a big plus everything is walkable and super convenient. I’m really happy to call this place home!

    I absolutely love my new apartment here! From the moment I moved in, the level of care and attention from the team has been amazing. Jacqueline and her team go above and beyond, when I submitted a work order, maintenance responded incredibly fast and even left detailed notes about what was completed. I was so impressed!     Management has let the building absolutely fall apart. No longer safe and taken care of. Moving out because of this. All we want are simple fixes. OPERATIONAL DOORS! An elevator that works!
