This apartment has everything you need. I have stayed in few different apartments, but cortland at coyote ridge is the best place ever. The structure of the apartment is exactly like what I was looking for. Finally found a place where I can open my door and say HOME

Overall, I think the apartment complex is very nice. Occasionally, there can be some noise from neighbors, but that’s no fault to the complex as a whole. I think it’s pretty quiet and feels pretty safe. Overall, it’s been a nice first apartment experience here in Texas.

We really liked the community, it has good accessibility. We expect a properly cleaned apartment unit to be handed to the renters. When we rented this apartment it had to be cleaned again which caused difficulty.
