January 10, 2021This building is so horrible just moved in and right away complaints about noise. The walls and floors are super thin. You can hear everything . For anything you in your apartment is a complaint.Review from Apartments.com
Not everything that shines is gold
August 27, 2015When we first came to this building, it was a really clean and attractive building on the outside, but on the inside... [sigh] A January morning with ice in our bathtub, water pouring out of our radiators in every room, mold covering an entire bedroom wall, on & on & on. This management company now has a judge enforcing their response when it comes to maintenance issues. that's what it took to finally get things done.Review from Apartments.com
Convienient
August 11, 2015Pretty nice 6 floor building with rather large apartments. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Needs a lot work though. The windows and bathrooms need to be fixed. The floors and walls are very thin. But i can not find another apartment as big as mine. Close to the #2 train , #39 and 16 bus line.Review from Apartments.com
