    Garbage on the parking floors - often overflowing, people put their personal garbage bags in these garbage cans. Their is never a cart on the 3rd floor to use for groceries The people above us push water over their balcony- Destroying our view- we have hair on our window Office staff are great, very friendly, they try to accommodate the best they can. Security staff are great, and friendly as well!

    No hot water no matter what they tell you about the water heater it always breaks. Elevator is always down. And management is trash.

  • Did not have unit ready as promised

    Two months ago, I toured this building. Unit 2201 was shown as available August 1, and I signed a lease for it early June and paid all the deposits. I was told by the leasing agent that the unit was going to be vacated on June 1, and the unit was going to be completely renovated. I expressed my concerns for the tight turnaround for renovations and he assured me it would be done on time. Here we are, 2 weeks away from August 1, and I went in today to take some measurements only to find that they ...
    have not even started renovations. Not only that, but I was told when I viewed the model home that the unit would be a mirror image of the model home, which was not true. The layout was different, without some of the features that attracted me to the model unit. Still earlier today, Mike assured me they would be done on time and even told me the parking space I would be in. Just now, in an email after I spent hours trying to get them on the phone (I had to call the concierge to get them to track him down) he tells me it will not be done on time. So now I am two weeks away from a cross country move and I do not have a place to live. It is absolutely unacceptable that they are so unorganized and flat out lie to their potential tenants. Save your headache and go elsewhere!
