    The 44 Monroe Building entrance is lovely! The exercise equipment is great. I have not seen the newly refurbished Lounge yet. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. I have not used the treadmill machine because I am afraid that if I am alone, I could fall. Is there a time when more people are likely to be around using the gym?

    I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Since transferring to my current apartment, I’ve experienced one issue after another. The most recent is an appliance upgrade that was promised in writing but installed incorrectly, with a range that doesn’t even properly fit the cabinet opening. I’ve spent far too much time following up on issues that should have been handled correctly the first time. I simply expect quality workmanship, accountability, and better communication.

    Garbage on the parking floors - often overflowing, people put their personal garbage bags in these garbage cans. Their is never a cart on the 3rd floor to use for groceries The people above us push water over their balcony- Destroying our view- we have hair on our window Office staff are great, very friendly, they try to accommodate the best they can. Security staff are great, and friendly as well!
