The maintenance staff are good guys, but management and security are atrocious. Management is incredibly rude and unwilling to hear out residents' concerns. If you live here, your car will likely be broken into at least once, so be prepared and be sure to not leave any valuables in your vehicle. "Security" is one guy who drives by on occasion, takes a picture to prove he was there, and then drives away.
