It costs $200 to apply to this building, which I did for my son. that's around $300 Canadian which is wild for a rental application but we liked the apartment so we only did the one application. They say they will turn around the application in 48 hours. I kept calling and emailing and they would just say they needed more information. 3 weeks later they have so much of my personal information, pay stubs, tax returns, SIN and they never did process the application. We had to go find another ...
