I love the location- safe, family oriented and beautiful neighborhood. Our apartment is a cozy vintage one bedroom and I love it for mine and my fiancés first home. BUT there are a few things that every few weeks makes me want to move out ASAP. Because it's "vintage" we don't have a lot of amenities like in unit washer/dryer, a big "cooking" kitchen and good ventilation. My main concern is that every once in awhile we find a cockroach "AHHH" and "YUCK!" I really can't wait to be able to ...

afford a more up to date place, until then we just have to deal with it.
