Hello,
My apartment is a nice, very sunny one bedroom Apt! It has one full bathroom with tub, bedroom, kitchen and living area. Its in a building that you have to buz into to get in ,I find that very safe.The building has 3 floors including garden level. This apartment is on the 2nd floor . It is spaceous and has a very attractive lay out with a huge counter separating the kitchen from the living room,that makes it very easy to entertain friends.
Being a foodie what I love most is that ...
it's close to Moody street which has a lot of entertaining bars and all kinds of restaurants from, Tapas, Indian, American, Sushi, Chinese,Mexican,great sub shops etc.. I am a 5 min walk from nail places/ barber shops, restaurants,banks,Market basket(3 min drive)and about a 5-10 min drive away from a few gyms. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because during the summers it gets a little hot since the apt. doesn't have central AC. The AC is located on the wall under window and it looks to be somewhat dated.
Overall, very conveniently located and rent is 1,400 a month which includes: heat, hot water and most importantly a parking space in the lot located in the back of the building. Also, the landlord's office is located on the same street so if issues do appear I found that they respond fairly quickly, if not that same day:).
