May 6, 2025This building is the worst in Freeport! The company who owns this building is terrible. Supervisor on duty sucks, he doesn’t know nothing. The supervisor has its special tenants who he gives special treatment and lets them do whatever they want. It’s has rats, cockroaches and everything is falling a piece in this building. In the winter is cold because some of the heaters in some apartments don’t work, and windows are broken and they haven’t gotten fix. AVOID THIS BUILDING! July 8, 2019This building is seriously the worst I’ve lived at. The management is absolutely atrocious and extremely rude to the tenants. A lot of the time the building elevator will not work a lot of the time and the building supervisor will take a long time to make repairs. This building is also infested with roaches, bed bugs, and rats, and poorly maintained. The hallways and elevator are always dirty and never clean. I would highly recommend to not rent here or any building under the same company!Review from Apartments.com

July 8, 2019This place is a horrible place to live, transportation is the only positive thing about living in this building. The management is absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. The building supervisor is also very unprofessional and extremely rude to the tenants. Building is also infested with all kinds of bugs and rats. The building is also poorly maintained, and always filthy everywhere. The elevator is very inconsistent most of the time its out of order. The area is also not the safest.
