this place is very bad
July 24, 2024Hello, I am a former resident of this community 2023, and thank God I left as soon as I could, for many reasons: There is a plague of mice, I had to cover all the edges I never found parking after 6pm and cars are vandalized inside the property when there is no night security, And the apartment they gave me smells like cigarette smoke, I had to put air freshener on it every day. a lot of maintenance is needed on the property and apartments there are many cracks in the apartments, the floor is ...very old and the walls are poorly painted and a door that is at the entrance to the building on top almost fell on me, I made reports about what happened but they only went to do fatal maintenance, almost never The building is clean, the garbage from the containers spills very often the apartment was given to me with the refrigerator and oven dirty (and be careful if you leave them dirty at the end of the contract because they will charge you for all the cleaning in parts) Say goodbye to your deposit, there is always something they are going to charge you even if you prove otherwise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rodent Infested
August 23, 2020I currently live in building D and it is infested with roaches and mice. The cost of the apartments are nice but it is extremely dirty here. I have maintenance come on the monthly basis for the roaches and they are still in my apartment. Will be moving out soon definitely looking forward to it.Property Manager Responded

Rodent Problem
March 12, 2020I have lived her for 1.5 years. I have personally killed over half a dozen mice over the course of 6 months. The property does not seem particularly interested in solving this problem, despite several outreaches by me. The staff constantly deflects responsibility. Quiet community/affordable
September 22, 2015450 green is a quiet apartment community. They are low on amenities but the pricing is fair! The apartments have great closet space and there is a nice gym. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The only concern I have is the fact that there doesn't seem to be a breed or weight requirement for pets. I don't why someone would want to live in a one bedroom apartment with two full grown pits. Seems foolish to me!Review from Apartments.com

They have quite a few floor plans to choose from with modernize appliance and kitchens with beautiful back splashes. I chose the studio because I am in school and need to be economical about my choices. When I first walked into their Studio apartment I knew it was perfect for me. The floor plan is versatile and can be set up any way that suits your individual style and taste. They ...also allow you to have an accent wall any color of your choosing which only individualizes each unit. It has enough room for bedroom setup, dining setup and living room and a small den if you choose. Wow, uh!! 450 Green apartment also has pool and a place for anyone to sit when one is in the mood to commune with nature. Of course, there is an onsite laundry and a fitness room. What else do you need? The setting in the middle of a quiet residential area and access to transportation. My initial contact Khadijah, a representative that was very helpful and accommodating. Marley seems to keep the community connected with information and social activities. These two people are just a small intricate part of a great office team. 450 Green apartments come by and see the possibility and versatility in the Studio apartment and the other floor plans available some with balconies. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They will go out their way to make sure you are comfortable.
