Living in a brownstone

I live in a 3-bedroom apartment with open kitchen (American kitchen) and I have been living there for almost nine years. The apartment is well built but they used cheap materials. Also, no train nearby. I like my current apartment because is it quiet but hope to move to an new apartment near a train station.
