Do not move here unless you enjoy the sound of children screaming almost 24/7. I've lost countless hours of sleep and peace due to the neighbors in this building not to mention the nightly ice cream truck that likes to come through at the most inconvenient times. Also this place is right next to a mechanic shop, so on top of everything you get to enjoy the sound of power tools. I'm hoping to move out as soon as my lease is up to somewhere without demon children wailing the entire night, sometimes ...
