One block away from the Glendale Galleria, the apartments are big but old, one parking space, laundry shared, difficult to find parking on the street during day time and worst on weekends. Neighbors are nice, respectful and quiet, no pets...:-(.
Clean building and landlord is nice. Price is between $1200 and $1400 for 2 bed 1 bath. Price is good for this area now. Safe area and convenient. Griffith Park, and the LA Zoo are 5 minutes away, Hollywood 15 minutes away and downtown Glendale is only ...
5 blocks away. 5, 134, 2 and 210 fwy are less than 5 minutes away. Apartments are not luxurious, no central air-condition, My unit has this big box 6' above the floor in the Living Room and cord is not in-wall. No elevator. Only 4 units and insolation is yet to be installed for the 2 units on the second floor. Summers are Hot and Winters Cold here. Location is great and that is what you are really paying for in this building.....:-)

Amazing and spacious 2 Bedroom apartment. Big living room and large rooms with plenty of storage space. Nice size bathroom and kitchen, both recently remodeled. Includes car port and storage area!
