Wonderful Staff and Great Community!
March 14, 2019The staff here is extremely helpful and quick to reply! I had Tommy, the maintenance man here, look at my oven and dish washer, and he was so polite. Great, affordable living
September 1, 2015I love this apartment complex, I recently graduated and moved to Dunwoody for work. Dunwoody is a fairly expensive place to live. Most of the apartments in the area are small and very high price range. Thankfully I found the Barclay at dunwoody. The apartment is almost double the size of some of the others and about 300$ cheaper. Not to mention there is a huge park walking distance and only a exit from the perimeterProperty Manager Responded

Great Place To Live
July 23, 2015I have had a wonderful experience so far living at the Barclay at Dunwoody. I have had terrible experiences with apartment complexes in the past, but I actually feel like I live at home here. I have only lived in the Barclay for about 3 months now and I already plan on renewing my lease. I have not had any issues with bugs, noisy neighbors, or maintenance issues. I also feel very safe living here as every exit out of the building is locked. My apartment is always very quiet and peaceful. ...Maintenance always responds within 24 hours to every request (they will even come change my air filter once a month!) Also, even though the gym is small, it was just remodeled and it is completely up-to-date. They have new equipment which I really appreciate. The pool is nice and relaxing, clean, and has all new lounge chairs. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Also, I have 2 dogs and this is a very dog-friendly apartment complex. It seems like everyone here owns a dog, and there are dog trash pick-up stations everywhere (which help keep the complex clean). I really have no complaints about this apartment complex. If you want a safe, quiet, comfortable place to live, I definitely recommend the Barclay at Dunwoody in Dunwoody, GA.Property Manager Responded

OTP - close to everything
July 23, 2015This is a great community if you're looking to be far enough away for some peace and quite, but close enough to get to Buckhead in 15 minutes. The community is well-kept and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. The pool area is nice and the nights are quiet for the most part. There complex is pet-friendly, and there is an awesome dog park 1/4 mile away. Highly recommended for couples or small families with pets.Property Manager Responded
