Affordable with Character and Quirks

This apartment is affordable and you get a lot of space for your money. It has a large living room and dining room. There are several built-in shelving units, built-in glass display cabinets and unique doorways that add character. There is a lot of natural light in the apartment. The building is older so it tends to have creaky floors, low water pressure, and other sometimes frustrating quirks like cabinets that have been painted so many times they don't close properly. There is no outlet in the ...
bathroom. There is a lot of closet space outside of the bedroom. The bedroom has a small closet. The radiators and street traffic are both pretty loud. There is no central air. Maintenance requests are often slow to be resolved. The kitchen is small and doesn't have a lot of storage or counter space. Appliances are older but there is a dishwasher. It's close to the 22 bus and less than a mile from the brown line.
