I have to say if your looking for a great place to live, good community, and clean place. Kester Apartments is the place to be. It's a very great location, close to the blvd. The manager Tammy is without a doubt the best manager ever. She is very attentive to your living needs, she creates a wholesome environment, and she's always trying to make things better. We are completely happy being here. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Tammy you are the best.
