Coming from a newly college grad, the idea of a two bedroom apartment with wooden floors and spacious living room space sounds a heck of a lot better than my old 4x4 dorm room with a twin size bed. The only difference is now that twin size bed is accompanied by two walk in closets and awesome wall decor.

get to cancel my gym membership because the three flights of stairs 3-4 times a day are a great workout for my legs. Plus the extra flight of stairs down to the basement to hull laundry once a week puts in overtime for a good arm workout.
Number one quality of this cozy shack are the abundance of windows it carries. Two windows per room, with a quirky custom curtain hand-sewed by the lovely roommate. Oh, did I mention the house is located on a hill and I'm at the tippity top of it? So yes, the view is absolutely incredible.
On another note, my kitchen won't let me prosper. The oven, 2 stove tops and a few power outlets are fused out and gave up on me awhile ago. So count me out on appearing on the next season of Master Chef.
Apartment management is communicative but not up to par. There are poor security practices and frequent theft occurrences. But management is always responsive and requests are being handled in a timely and fair way.
The parking lot fits an average of 7 cars but some always suggest parking on the side street to avoid playing Tetris in the driveway every morning.
Great neighborhood, cool neighbors and a yard sale at every corner. Location is also great; parks markets gas stations restaurants are all within a mile radius. You can't go wrong.
