Staff is always wonderful. Maintenance goes above and beyond. Beautiful grounds and excellent apartments. We walk very softly and have never had a complaint from downstairs. If everyone walks soft and remembers to be respectful...you can't find better.

I literally stalked the development of this property and I’m beyond happy to call 4830 Wescott my home. The layout of the kitchen is perfect, with deep drawer space and wide cabinets for my oval platters. The amenities within my unit, or washer and dryer are top notch. The amount of space within my living room & closets is perfect for entertaining & storage of my wardrobe and shoes. I was prepared to leave the LowCountry until I stumbled across this gem.
