third floor, even closer to heaven

I live in a sunny little third floor apartment with a kitchenette, lovely hardwood floors and enough room for my drawing table. Its right in the heart of downtown Newport, RI less than a mile from the water but quiet enough on the weekends to get a goodnight's sleep. The backyard is perfectly vegetative and shady during the hottest parts of the day. I can walk to work at all three of my jobs and there is even some off street parking, a luxury on this little island. Counting my lucky stars to live ...
in such a special little place.
