From the rooftop lounge overlooking the Town Center, to the billiards and card parlor opening into the pool and grill area, great spacious layouts continue into the apartments. The amenities are what really tipped the scale for me, and the apartments are extremely spacious and well laid out. Good for what it was.
August 12, 2015It's nice place to live to get started in Jax. Decent location, situated at an outdoor mall, can walk to a few bars and restaurants. 15 mins from the beaches and 15 from downtown. Apartments have upscale finishes. Amenities are nice when you are "allowed" to use them.Review from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015Solid concrete construction provides insulation and privacy. It's almost like living in a house, but with none of the maintenance. This smoke-free complex is conveniently located in upscale St. John's Town Center.
