March 24, 2023My wife and I have been very happy here at 50 Front. The Building is terrific and in a good location. Additionally, the staff and residents are super! Our main concern is the length of the lease renewal options and the rental rate increases. We fear 50 Front is going to price themselves out of renting to long time community residents given the lack of competition locally with this type of facility.Property Manager Responded

He also offered to help me in the garage area. Brandi has been outstanding from the start! When I met the cleaning lady, she was pleasant and keeps the building in tip top shape. 50 Front offers a premium living experience in a very secure building.
