January 23, 2024This is, perhaps, the worst place I've ever stepped foot in. For starters, It has no amenities whatsoever (I mean I was DRIVING to the laundromat), the appliances that are available (stove, fridge) are small. Despite what the ad says, parking is paid! They won't tell you at first, they will simply tow your car, THEN inform you of the required fee. What's more, and what's worse, is actually living there. The outside of the building is unkempt, trash is routinely thrown out the windows, and ...packages are often stolen. The smell in the hallways is gag worthy. Rats droppings line the hallways and the rats dig through the trash outside. The only good thing about the rats is that they ate the roaches. While in residence, pee dripped from the ceiling and flooded my bathroom, and the superintendent hit on me several times. People play loud music outside, and smoke with the windows open.
