I really wanted to move out and quickly. I found an apt. For rent in the paper one day and thought I'd go check it out... Well long story short- it was a cute 2 br. 1 bath. I ended up moving in with a friend .. And we soon discovered we lived with horrible little critters..roaches. In our drawers.. Our walls...our fridge.... Our pets food... Just plain nasty being a clean freak and all. Bombed it 3 times and nothing. It has to be people under us but we have a slum lord.... Not only does he walk ...
in whenever he feels... 9 pm when i work early mornings @3am. Never calling.. Only fixing things that benefit him.. Our washer has flooded our neighbors apartment 3 times....our dryer has never worked in general... Things you pay for to live with.. We live 3 stories up outside, old, old, old, cracked stairs. In which i have fell twice. They are ready to break. It's truly a nightmare living here and i am currently coming to an end of my lease and searching for a new place badly. But- now i know not to RUSH it. Finding a good place takes time. Think its going to be your home. Check things in places before you agree to them.. Check for leaks.. Check things you normally wouldnt think to check..and if you come across this listing due to it being for sale...stay away!!
