Can’t beat the washer & dryer
June 10, 2025I had to move to 502 for a year in between selling my house and buying a new one and it was a great experience. I was nervous coming from a house, but honestly the washer and dryer were bigger than what I even had at my old and new house haha. May 22, 2025I'm still in school so was looking for a studio until I finished, and everywhere I looked the studio's looked nothing like the other apartments in the building and had horrible furnishings. The studio's here have all the same aesthetic as the other apartments, and have a huge washer and dryer. I was planning on looking for a 1 bedroom when I was done but honestly love my little space! January 31, 2025I lived in this apartment for two years, and it was an incredible experience. I lived here while I was waiting to purchase a home in the Shelton area! I loved the location and all of the great food options! What really stood out to me were the building amenities, especially the fitness center and safe/secure parking. The fitness center was well-equipped and made it so easy to stay active without leaving the building. The Peloton bikes were awesome! The secure parking was a huge perk—it gave me ...peace of mind knowing my car was safe and easily accessible. Can't forget the best coffee in the area downstairs! Common Grounds was always there for a great mid day pick me up! The management team was also very responsive and professional! The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-maintained, with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
