Building is Absolutely Disgusting!!!

I've know families in this building and have visited here for decades and have never seen such absolute filth!!! Trash overflowing onto the floor at the front gate. Dog poop and pee on the stairs for weeks at a time!!! Cigarette's in the bushes for months. Some serious health issues!! Who has housing authority or health department phone number?!!

The apartment itself is on the bigger size at a great monthly rent. It has its flaws but the amazing building managers make the units flaws not so big of a problem.
