while the neighborhood is nice we have gone on 2 separate occasions where we have no power in half our apartment. they don't tell you that if you don't get a renovated apartment, it's a total landlord special. we can't use our microwave and toaster at the same time without electric tripping (then have to go outside to fix it). no outlets in bathroom, have to fight for parking, upstairs balconies are falling apart. you can't even walk normally without the floor shaking like your stomping through ...
the house. and the parking lots flood after every bit of rain. roaches are hard to get rid of, maintenance takes week before coming out.
