Absolute joke of a property. I have had electrical issues since I moved in which has only been made worse each time maintenance has come by because they always send the same guys who don’t know what they’re doing. The first time they had to work on my circuit breaker they “forgot” to reattach it to the wall so electricity was arching in my wall, my fridge lost power and all our food before christmas, $400 gone. apartment. AND NOW THEYRE RAISING MY RENT BECAUSE THEY OVERSPENT ON THEIR CONSTRUCTION ! They won’t always pick up your trash “cause they’re full”, they let the townhouses take your parking, do nothing about noise complaints, let people have dogs that are bigger than the lease says take a dump any where, and you get the lovely sound of busses backing up for an hour at 6am because of our location to the depot.
