Poor Management, Suspicious Building Practices

This building is incredibly old and has little to no upkeep done. In the hallways upon move in, there is rat poop, strange and odorous stains in carpeting, walls incredibly scratched and dented. There is no evidence of a maintenance team (or where your $400 admin fee is going). Upon getting the keys, the building manager did not do a tour or check list of the place at all, leading to no accountability of the space. The unit upon moving in was completely uncleaned, with years of grime in hard to ...
clean places. In between the bathtub and kitchen sink, there was old razor blades and canister of shaving cream discarded by last tenant. The kitchen hood was in a similar state, with flies and gnats plastered to layers of grease and grime. Overall, look to neighboring buildings for better management and maintenance.

Small apartment,old building needs lots of work so rent is cheap,building has recently been sold ex landlord explains he can't keep up anymore,forty units in building ,everyone was given a thirty day notice to leave by new management,I did not expect this been here a couple of years with my young son ,we are quiet and friendly always pay rent on time never complained of all the problems in apartment or building ,now I have to go don't know where to go can't believe this happened so fast with ...
