I have had no issues in my three years of living in 520 Park. The maintenance staff are always prompt with requests and the building is well-maintained by a very nice cleaning lady. Riana and her team at the leasing office are fast and professional.

I recently moved into 520 park with my significant other. Overall this is a great apartment for the Mt. Vernon area in Baltimore. The amenities and atmosphere are great, and the price for your apartment is one of the best in Baltimore. Lately, the staff and office were incredibly helpful in helping us select the apartment and the whole move in process.

This is a great building; it's clean, staff and building workers are nice, leasing and maintenance are very responsive. For some reason they really increased the garage parking price but overall it was a great building and experience living there. Colleen, the leasing mgr, was always pleasant, quick to respond, and overall helpful.

Our experience renting from 520 Park has been awesome. The management team has been super responsive and quick to tend to whatever was needed. The maintenance team was also super great! Not to mention the building is always squeaky clean! I would highly recommend renting here.

I have been grateful to call 520 Park my home since 2017. I moved here from Chicago, and this building will always have a special place in my Baltimore history as my first home here. I love everything about my apartment - beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops, high ceilings, and amazing closet space. the apartment itself, the amenities are wonderful and the building grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The staff at 520 is wonderful - the leasing office and maintenance are always friendly and super quick to respond to questions concerns. Location is great - I love being so close to the Mount Vernon Marketplace, Trinacria, the monument, etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a home in Baltimore.
