    Why is this place a 4 star? It should be less. First time moving in, smelled like cigarettes ALOT. The apartment was flooded previously so it had a really musky nasty smell from the damaged carpet. Cigarettes buds on the carpet, neighbor would smoke cigarettes a lot so even the walls were dirty from the smok since it would go through the vent. Bathroom had a leak for over a month and maintenance kept making it worse. They would lag on trying to fix it. It took over a month to finally do something ...
    about it. I have cats but I been getting complains for them every other week. A cat smell supposedly. I’m not the only person in the building with animals but okay. Good area and it’s cheap to live I just wouldn’t live here imo. I recommend to find another place and not here.
